Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 nos bread(sliced)(sides removed)


  • 5 tsp milk


  • 150 ml oil(deep frying)


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tsp cardamom ,some to taste


  • 1-2 tsp pistachio,some to garnish


  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Take sides remove Bread slices and put into a small bowl.
  • Add 4-5 tsp milk into the bowl and make it like a batter.
  • Make small balls from the batter.
  • Deep fry these balls until they become golden brownish.
  • For Sugar Syrup:Take 1 cup sugar and 1.5 cups of water and heat it.
  • To the syrup add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
  • When syrup become sticky, add the fried balls and heat them
  • Switch off the flame after some time and Allow to cool for some time.
  • When cooled garnish it with pistachio and some cardamoms and Serve!
